The color is clear and brilliant. The smell is very subtle with fennel, quince, and aromatics with a beautiful minerality. The taste is ample and round with notes of honey and iodine, brightened up by an understated acidity which gives it a freshness. It is an elegant and delicate wine, beautifully aged, that is typical of the local land.
