The bottle has an intense ruby color. The aromas are frank and spicy with some floral notes as well as notes of classic red fruits. The palate is very full with a sweetness and finesse held by the tannins.
Fermentation for Grenache grapes is cold while the Cinsault and Syrah grapes are kept at a temperature of 78/80°F.
Grape varieties are 80% Grenache, 8% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault.
