Light gold bottle. Refined nose of almonds, honey and white fruits. It’s lively and full of a lot of flavors.
Both fermentation and ageing take place in two year old French oak barrels, with temperature control where the wine is kept on fine lees and stirred regularly.
The grapes are 90% Viognier and 10% Roussane.
