Deep red robe with violet highlights. Rich nose of damp burning wood, red fruit preserves, violet and vanilla.
The palate is frank and reveals a bouquet of aromas of ripe fruit elegantly wooded, supported by a fine tannic concentration.
The finish is long and elegant, with hints of licorice and violet.
Aged 12 months in oak barrels.
Grape varieties include 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache & 10% Mourvèdre

Pairs well with rustic veal chops, coq au vin and duck terrine… Can be enjoyed with a reblochon cheese from Savoie or a bouchon
de Sancerre cheese.
