“As a wine maker and farmer, I am passionated by the intricacies of the soil that lead to an outstanding glass of wine. Since taking over the vineyard from my father in the 90s, I’ve meticulously studied our terroirs in order to grasp the secrets of the Clos. In light of the complexities of the soils of the Dentelles mountain rage, it has been a fascinating journey, enabling us to further understand our rich yet contrasting wines, as well as the creation of our self sustainable soil, owing to over 30 years of organic farming.”
