1. The delivery
We attach particular attention to the conditions of transport of your wine and manage by our partner Iziwine for fragile or prestigious wines and distant destinations.
We are on an express mode of transport.
This pack allows you to receive your wine in the best delay in France and in USA.
During all the phase which precedes the sending of the wine, the wine is kept in the premises of PLANET PROVENCE.
We protect you from optimal storage conditions.
We inform you about various processing of your order by e-mail.
Our partner Iziwine will communicate you the link to follow your parcel on the site of the carrier until the delivery of the wine at your home.
The delivery is made by UPS, Fedex, DHL or TNT according to the destinations.
2. A specific packaging
Wines are conditioned in a specific packaging conceived for 6 bottles.
These packagings protect wines of the breakage and the temperature differences.
3. Deadlines, follow-up and mode of delivery
The deliveries are made by our logistic partners.
You parcel are prepared by Planet Provence and arrive directly at your home or at your office.
The day of the expedition you will receive an e-mail from us to warn that your order has just been taken care by the carrier.
You will find on this e-mail, a link allowing you to follow the state of progress of your delivery via the site of follow-up of expedition of our partner.
4. Reception of your parcel
The day of the delivery, do not forget to control your parcel to see if it did not undergo damage.
Nevertheless, if it turns out that your parcel underwent a damage, it is imperative that you refuse it and that you note it on the tablet of the deliverer.

5. In case of absence from you the day of the delivery
In case of absence from you, and according to the pack which you chose, the deliverer puts down a calling card in your mailbox to inform you about his passage and about modalities to arrange another appointment.
You will be also warned by a SMS as soon as your parcel will be put down in the point relay in case of repeated absences .
6. Return and refund
Any return of a order is chargeable to the customer.
To this end please contact us by email in email@example.com so that we supplied you the information necessary for the forwarding of your order.
In case your parcel would have undergone a damage , Planet Provence proposes you two solutions :
The replacement of products having undergone a damage prayer to return us the wine to question if the integrity of the bottle is not altered.
The refund (repayment) of your order will make by bank transfer.
