Meet the Olivegrower

Halfway between Aix en Provence and Salon de Provence, the Moulin de Coudoux is the last entirely traditional mill of the Bouches du Rhône, and one of the last in France. Remaining in the same family de Garidel for more than a hundred years, while a dozen mills have closed in Ventabren and in the hamlets of Coudoux, the know-how of the first Masters of the Oil is perpetuated in its walls. They transmitted the precise gestures that allow to create this typical oil of very high quality, with exceptional taste renewed every year.
