Based in Fleys, four kilometers from Chablis, the Domaine Cyril Gautheron extends over limestone slopes scattered on either side of the Serein river. The multigenerational estate, established in 1809, covers 25 hectares of vines spread over three appellations: Petit Chablis. Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru. Now under the direction of 7th-generation winemaker Cyril Gautheron, the domain is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) Level 3, the highest possible level.
